Return & Refund Policy
Our return policy extends for a period of 15 days. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is necessary to process your return.
Please avoid sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are specific circumstances where only partial refunds may be considered (if applicable):
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable): Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will email you to confirm that we have received your item. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you have not yet received your refund, please start by checking your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, reach out to your bank, as there is often processing time required before a refund appears. Sale Items (if applicable): Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items, and unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified about your return.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, it is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
